Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.

Services and engagements
Any services we perform for you are governed by a separate written agreement between you and LeadSpark that sets out scope, fees, payment terms, and duration. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls with respect to the services.
No guarantee of results
Any figures or examples shown on this site, including sample call summaries, are illustrative. They are not a promise, guarantee, or projection of results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, your call volume, your pricing, and how your business follows up on the inquiries and appointments we deliver.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide to us to configure your receptionist, including your hours, service area, services offered, and scheduling preferences. You are also responsible for maintaining any required licenses and registrations, and for compliance with laws applicable to your business and industry.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and materials on this site are owned by LeadSpark and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.
Third-party services
Our services rely on third-party platforms, including voice AI platforms, CRM and messaging providers, and telecommunications carriers. We are not responsible for their availability, policies, pricing changes, or acts or omissions.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadSpark will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of this site.
Governing law
