This Privacy Policy describes how LeadSpark LLC (“LeadSpark,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit leadspark.dev, contact us, or use our services.
Information we collect
We collect the following:
- Information you give us. Your name, business name, phone number, email address, trade or industry, and anything else you include when you submit a form or start a chat with us.
- Communications. The content of text messages, emails, and chat conversations between you and LeadSpark, including messages handled by our automated assistant.
- Usage information. Standard technical data your browser sends — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring site — collected through server logs and analytics.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and answer your questions
- To schedule, confirm, and remind you about consultation calls

Text messaging
If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages, we may send you conversational, scheduling, and reminder messages related to your inquiry, including messages sent using an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except the service providers strictly necessary to deliver the messages you requested.
How we share information
We share information only in these situations:
- Service providers. Vendors that operate our systems on our behalf — including our CRM and messaging platform, our telecommunications carrier, our email provider, and our hosting provider. They may only use the information to provide services to us.

Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements. Records of consent to receive text messages are retained for at least four years, consistent with applicable statutes of limitation.
Your choices
- Text messages. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
- Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us directly.
- Access, correction, and deletion. Email us to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request deletion. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent version.
